This is the system most Fayette and Coweta Counties homes need. It installs off your main water line so every faucet, shower, and appliance in the house gets better water.

What's actually in it

A single tank holds four media layers, with the control valve on top and the brine (salt) tank beside it:

• Carbon filtration removes chlorine and chemical by-products at the inlet, fixing taste and odor before water reaches the softening stage.
• Softening resin, included when your assessment shows your water calls for it, using standard-mesh resin that any supplier carries.
• Support bed anchors the media layers in place.
• Pressure vessel in an industry-standard size with standard threaded ports, so replacement media and fittings are commodity parts rather than dealer-only stock.

What it costs

$2,999 all-in, taxes included, for a standard municipal-water home. Larger homes step up to the XL at $3,199 or the dual tank system at $3,499; your assessment settles which size fits. Well systems are quoted after assessment.

How it gets installed

A professional installer connects the system at your main line. Most installs are straightforward utility room or garage jobs. If your home has a tougher setup, we tell you the adjusted price before any work starts, never after.

Maintenance is simple

Keep two to three bags of salt in the brine tank and check it every few months. The softener has no filters to change; it self-cleans during regeneration. The RO filters get swapped about once a year.
